Mercy

Mercy is a Lone Wanderer left scarred and disillusioned by the death of his father and the horrors he suffered while traveling the Wasteland. As a result, he's developed a chem addiction and an unhealthy lifestyle as a means to cope with his trauma. Mercy expresses little concern over his own well-being and often idealizes suicide; uncaring of if he lives or dies. Despite all the good things Mercy has done for the Capital Wasteland, he is but a shadow of his former self and walks amongst the people of the wastes as an urban legend.
